Leo - President

My name is Léo, and I have been with the Board of Directors for almost two years. I served as VP for 2025-26, and I am currently the Board President. I’ve been a community development practitioner/manager with a well-rounded background in programming and human resource management, with over 30 years of senior management experience with international NGOs and Canadian community-based NGOs across the country. I have practical experience designing and managing the successful implementation of multiple economic, social, and cultural development programmes and projects at the local, regional, and country levels, while collaborating with larger global teams to incorporate lessons learned.
