La coordonnatrice ou le coordonnateur de la r\u00e9ception assure un environnement accueillant, \u00e9value les besoins des usagers, fournit de l\u2019information et des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, et soutient la formation du nouveau personnel et des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. Ce r\u00f4le est essentiel pour garantir un acc\u00e8s fluide aux services et favoriser une ambiance de soutien pour tous les visiteurs.<\/p>\n

Ensemble, ces composantes forment un syst\u00e8me de soutien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins imm\u00e9diats tout en favorisant le bien-\u00eatre global. La banque alimentaire lutte contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire en offrant des aliments essentiels aux jeunes de 12 \u00e0 25 ans. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des collaborations avec des organismes comme le Depot Community Food Centre, la banque peut offrir des fruits frais, des collations et des aliments culturellement pertinents.<\/span><\/p>\n

La r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits est une approche d\u2019intervention visant \u00e0 diminuer les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation de drogues et aux activit\u00e9s sexuelles. Nous offrons un acc\u00e8s gratuit \u00e0 un \u00ab bar \u00e0 mat\u00e9riel \u00bb contenant des fournitures et de l\u2019information pour des pratiques sexuelles et une consommation de drogues plus s\u00e9curitaires, ainsi qu\u2019un service s\u00e9curitaire de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des objets tranchants. L\u2019intervenant sur place est disponible pour offrir un soutien individuel aux usagers des services de premi\u00e8re ligne, en les mettant en lien avec d\u2019autres intervenants et organismes communautaires pertinents, et en offrant un accompagnement approfondi et un suivi. Nos services de r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits sont accessibles \u00e0 tous les membres de la communaut\u00e9, peu importe l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n
