Purpose of information

We use the feedback provided to assess/review the situation and respond to the feedback. By doing so, we can improve our programs, services and operations. We also use it to monitor and evaluate user satisfaction

Access of personal Information

The feedback is sent to the Executive Director’s email using Jetpack Form and only the executive director of Head & Hands has access to the personal information.

User Rights

Under Quebec’s Law 25 section 8, the user is informed: 

• for the purpose the information is collected.
• for the means the information is collected.
• of the rights of access and rectification provided by law.
• the right to withdraw consent to the use of the information collected.

Data Security

The information is transferred through Jetpacks Form to email using:

• encryption: Ensures confidentiality during transmission
• authentication: Verification of sender and recipient
• data integrity: Ensures that the email is unaltered during transfer

While the email provider is not 100% foolproof, they provide and incorporate security measures to encrypt and safeguard the information.
