Our front line service workers are here to facilitate your access to our various services!
Food Pantry
Our emergency food pantry is open to youth from 12 to 25 years old.
To register, please come in person to Head & Hands anytime during our distribution hours.
Registered clients can receive 2 food baskets per month.
Tuesdays: 10am – 1pm
Thursdays: 4pm – 7pm
Fridays: 2pm – 5pm
Welcome Area
– a comfortable and non-judgmental place to land
– free clothing, household items, menstrual products, hygiene products
– coffee/tea and snacks
– public phone, computer and bathroom
– a place to cool down in the summer and warm up in the colder months!
Harm Reduction
We provide new supplies for safer sex and safer drug use/injection, as well as secure sharps
disposal. Come see us for:
